Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation and meal service in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Duties:

- Assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and preparing sauces

- Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, and fryers

- Ensure adherence to food safety and handling procedures

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate meal preparation

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen work areas

Requirements:

- Proven experience working in a kitchen environment

- Knowledge of food safety practices

- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure setting

- Proficiency in using kitchen tools such as knives and other culinary equipment

- Understanding of catering or restaurant meal preparation processes
