Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Cook to join our team. As a Lead Cook, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of our culinary offerings. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the kitchen staff, managing inventory, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating

Lead and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed

Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and refine menu items, ensuring consistency and excellence in execution

Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor food costs to meet budgetary goals

Enforce strict hygiene and sanitation standards, following all health and safety regulations

Contribute to the development of new recipes and menu items, staying abreast of industry trends and innovations

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Lead Cook or in a similar supervisory role

Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred

Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, cooking methods, and food safety practices

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail

Strong leadership and communication skills

Creativity and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences
