Line Cooks

We are looking for skilled and motivated individuals to join our team at Grotta di Fuoco.

Full time, 5 days per week. Immediate start. Dinner served only, no lunch. 2pm-Closing shift. Must be able to read kitchen tickets and work with the team to serve guests accordingly. $18-24 per capability.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Knife skills and general knowledge of cooking techniques

-Ability to work cleanly

- Friendly, outgoing, energetic team player with a positive attitude

- Ability to think quickly and multi-task in a fast paced environment

- Ability to take direction and execute

- Must be able to stand for up to 8-10 hours and lift up to 40 pounds

- Must be able to arrive on time and work a full shift, including station breakdown

- Keeping equipment clean and in excellent working condition

- Maintaining a positive work environment
