Local Experienced Residential Architect

Small Hamptons based architect looking for experienced local architect to assist with operations of practice.

Idea candidate would have an architect license in the state of New York but not required. Should have extensive experience in high end residential construction. Expert knowledge of Autocad a must.

Duty’s to include:

Construction documents

Site meetings

Client meetings

Building , zoning, health dept permit applications

Field surveying of projects in the Hamptons and north fork

Candidate could work from home or from office depending on needs of task.

Hours flexible but desire is to increase up to fulltime at some point

This job is paid on an hourly basis,
