Looking for Consultant – NYC HPD / Housing Program Course (Paid)

I’m looking Consultant /Instructor with real-world experience in NYC Housing Preservation & Development (HPD) and related city housing programs to explains everything clearly and efficiently.

You must already know how NYC housing programs actually work in practice, including:

- HPD processes and compliance rules

- CityFHEPS, FHEPS, and Section 8 (HPD or NYCHA vouchers)

- Lease renewals, recertifications, and rent submissions

- HPD Online, HRA Landlord Portal, and NYCHA Owner Extranet

- Inspection procedures, violations, and communication with city agencies

I need someone who can teach and explain things directly, step-by-step, and fast — just clear NYC-based instruction.
