Hospitality and Facilities Coordinator – Property Management Support

Compensation:

Thursday - Monday $3000/month, with availability to respond to questions on off days

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hospitality and Facilities Coordinator to help oversee the operations of our properties. This role is key to ensuring that our homes are well-maintained, stocked, and guest-ready at all times. Work from home and CoWork in Kingston with flexible working hours and a supportive team local team.

Location:

Must live in the Hudson Valley within 30 minutes of Kingston, Highland, Woodstock areas.

Responsibilities include:

Conducting property walkthroughs before and after each guest stay to ensure quality standards are met

Maintaining and updating inventory; ordering supplies as needed

Handling vendor coordination (e.g., hot tub cleaning, landscaping, tree work, maintenance contractors)

Managing guest communication on weekends (responding to questions, addressing issues promptly)

Identifying and addressing maintenance concerns in a timely manner

Supporting ongoing property improvements and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and communication skills

Hands-on, proactive problem solver

Ability to manage multiple priorities and vendors effectively

Previous property management or hospitality experience preferred, but not required

Availability on weekends is a must

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Experience with Slack, G-Suite & Asana, or ability to learn new SaaS applications easily
