Lunch Cook

Port Sailing School of New Rochelle is seeking a person to prepare lunch weekdays at Echo Bay Yacht Club for a camp program. Must be experienced. Fixed school type lunch menu. 35 children a day from July through mid August Monday through Friday. Responsibly including purchasing food, maintaining a clean kitchen, serve beer and wine a the Tiki Bar on Friday and Saturday until 9 pm. 35- 40 hrs per week. This job is cool ⛱️ job located on an Echo Island off the New Rochelle Marina.
