Strong development experience as Architect cum technical lead in Mainframe
Support customer in defining Cobol upgrade environment, compiler options, etc.
Mandatory Tech Skills – Cobol, DB2, JCL, VSAM, CICS, REXX
Cobol upgrade experience from any lower version to V5/V6
Decommission planning and execution experience
Interaction with customer SMEs regularly or on a need basis
Ability to provide technical guidance to team members
