Staffworks is currently seeking a fulltime Building Maintenance Mechanic

Must have a minimum of 3-5 years’ related maintenance experience and successful completion of appropriate training in a trade.

Requirements of the Building Maintenance Mechanic:

Must have prior building maintenance experience (minimum 3-5 years)

Prior experience (plumbing, HVAC, electrical and/or carpentry)

Ability to lift to 75lbs or more (with assistance)

Ability to prioritize workload, and assure quality

Must have own tools

High School diploma or GED

Benefits of the Building Maintenance Mechanic position:

$18.05/hr.

Responsibilities of the Building Maintenance Mechanic:

Handle all maintenance planning, purchasing, and cost estimating

Will make electrical, plumbing and carpentry repairs
