A Day in the Life of a Maintenance Supervisor: As a Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring The Arc Wayne Key Industries location is properly maintained and provide supervision for facilities staff.
Oversees maintenance systems like air handlers and boiler
Provides supervision to facilities personnel and ensure staff complete all assigned tasks
Maintains inventory of supplies and equipment
Works with contractor's as needed
Ensures proper maintenance of equipment
Maintains effective customer service and working relationships with staff, consumers and all others
Other duties as assigned
Who We Are Looking For:
Associates degree with two years' experience in a residential and commercial building trade or similar experience. A combination of education and or experience may be considered.
Two years' supervisory experience
Valid New York State Driver License that meets Agency driver standards
You are organized, have great communication skills and provide excellent customer service.
Work Schedule: Full time, Monday through Friday 8am - 4pm with flexibility to meet program needs
