Maintenance Technician

Pumpkin Hill Townhouse Community - 172 units. Individual homeowners are responsible for interiors of their own home. Looking for maintenance technician to maintain townhome exteriors, clubhouse, tennis courts, and grounds. Large projects (roads/driveway snow removal, general landscaping etc) are performed by contractors.

Responsibilities:

-Complete and log work orders submitted by homeowners

-Perform general maintenance including repairing siding, checking gutters, cleaning downspouts, sweeping/raking pinecones and fallen sticks

- Identify and handle unforeseen/necessary repairs and maintenance

- Remove snow from walkways, mailboxes, fire hydrants and road drains

- Paint, stain, and repair association owned decks, and patio fences

- Take care of maintenance building, equipment, and tools

- Maintain the interior of clubhouse

- Keep maintenance log

- Collaborate with other workers and contractors as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

- General knowledge of carpentry and repair

- Strong problem solving skill

- Ability to work under minimal supervision

- Must have drivers license
