Maintenance Technician

Property management company is seeking an individual to join our team. We are a small local company that manages our own properties in the southeast area of the city. Qualified candidates need to have experience with painting, drywall, some plumbing and electrical work, as well as installation of flooring, cabinets, etc. The position is full time, Monday through Friday with rotating on call. A valid drivers license and own transportation is required.
