predictive model building and A/B hypothesis testing experience.We are looking for a Manager for the Marketing Analytics (MA) team to bring impactful and insightful analysis . The candidate will be an analytics contact for Prospecting/Reacquisition and Extended Winback Marketing teams. The candidate will be an analytic thought leader by generating in-depth analysis, reporting, and forecasting, while sharing actionable insights with the business partners. Will have strong critical thinking skills and be an independent self-starter. This individual will partner with multiple groups both inside and outside, including operations, business intelligence, and vendors to facilitate analysis, reporting and forecasting. The role requires attention to detail and an individual with passion for analysis, and ownership of the results.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point person and thought leader for analytic and data insights for the OEM Conversion.
  • Partner with the Prospecting/Reacquisition and Extended Winback marketing team to understand drivers, both internal and external of customer subscription activity across key segments in the sales funnel.
  • Maintain and automate analytical tools and reports for evaluating performance of customer listening behavior, customer response, conversion and conversion revenue.
  • Monitor trends and key metrics and provide proactive insight with the marketing and analytics teams to identify areas for marketing improvement.
  • Support dashboards, ad-hoc reports and analysis that measure performance. Dashboards and analysis will be used to measure and drive decisions around our Key Performance Indicators which will directly impact the subscriber revenue.
  • Develop strong understanding of transactional, marketing and operational databases and be an expert in identifying best data sources for analysis and lead the development of more efficient data structures and tools with the IT organization.
  • Extract, manipulate and transform data using databases, spreadsheets, queries and other statistical software.
  • Perform data quality audits to maintain and assure data integrity.
  • Integrate required source data to provide deeper understandings on customer behavior and other segmenting opportunities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, marketing or economics or equivalent, relevant experience. MBA preferred.
  • 4 - 6 years of experience as a consultant or an analyst, marketing, financial, economic, valuations preferred.

Technical Skills:
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills and business judgement.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, v-lookups and complex formulas.
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Thorough Knowledge of SQL.
  • Comfort working with large datasets and extracting insights and/or recommendations from the data.
  • Strong Tableau dashboard development skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience with Adobe Data preferred.
  • R/ Python preferred.
