Manager Needed – Bagel Shop (Wantagh, Long Island)

Bagel Corner in Wantagh, Long Island is looking for a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee daily operations and help grow our busy bagel shop.

Responsibilities:

Supervise front and back of house staff

Ensure excellent customer service and smooth daily operations

Assist with scheduling, training, and hiring

Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient store environment

Handle cash management and daily reporting

Requirements:

Previous management experience in food service or retail (bagel/deli experience a plus)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Reliable, organized, and customer-focused

Willingness to work weekends and mornings as needed
