Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides market access input and/or content development for a variety of access deliverables, including but not limited to price analysis, price and reimbursement submissions, value dossiers, and access strategy.
  • Contributes to strategic planning and management of market access projects and is responsible for overall project execution, client management, and oversight of project objectives.
  • Serves as a market access subject matter expert to the organization and clients to inform design, management, pricing database selection, operations, and compliance requirements of market access services and deliverables.
  • Provides collaborative support to business development and other functional groups to identify market access needs for current and prospective clients, including strategies and solutions to meet client needs.
  • Serves as key contributor to the development and execution of a variety of market access business plans and project delivery.

    Qualifications

    Education and Experience

    • Undergraduate degree in a science/analytic field; graduate degree and/or healthcare professional strongly preferred or extensive relevant pharmaceutical market access experience.
    • Minimum 7 years of pharmaceutical industry experience with 5+ years industry Market Access experience; 7+ years Market Access experience for Director.
    • Minimum 3+ years of experience in each of 2 areas of market access expertise (e.g. price analysis, value dossier, price and reimbursement submissions, economic models); minimum of 5+ years and 3 areas for Director.
    • Ability to communicate very effectively both internally and externally, including highly complex healthcare ecoomic concepts, both in writing and in oral presentations.
