Description We are seeking a passionate and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase awareness of the company, attract supporters, and drive engagement with our cause. This role offers the opportunity to make a difference and contribute to positive change in our community.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote the company's programs, events, and initiatives.

Create engaging content for digital platforms, including website, social media, email newsletters, and blog posts.

Manage social media accounts and maintain a consistent presence across multiple platforms.

Coordinate with internal teams to gather content, stories, and updates to showcase the impact of the company's work.

Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other creative professionals to produce compelling visual and multimedia content.

Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to inform future strategies.

Cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and partners to amplify the company's message and reach new audiences.

Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and communications.

Support fundraising efforts by creating marketing materials, donor communications, and promotional campaigns.

Represent the company at community events, conferences, and networking opportunities as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred

Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the non-profit sector or a related field.

Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messaging for diverse audiences.

Proficiency in social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and content management systems.

Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
