RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Marketing Director in Brooklyn, NY.

About the Role:In this role you will: Be the company's Seller Growth leader internationally, driving supply side growth in our focus markets Develop a focused Seller Growth strategy that will build domestic vibrancy through inventory growth particularly high-quality listings in key categories to improve the local buyer experience on the company website Hone our strategy based on market maturity, iterating on an ongoing basis to reflect market dynamics and align with company focus areas Build a playbook of tactics that will deliver this strategy while being focused, leading data and insight driven decisions to identify new tests to innovate on as well as programs to sunset Build plans for supercharge and additional new markets aligning with our international strategy, collaborating across strategic finance, marketing, and product to execute, track and iterate Drive budget, measurement approaches and key performance indicators in partnership with finance and analytics to create ROI and incrementality models Establish and develop a narrative around the business impact of seller growth and communicate back monthly to the business Develop and engage a focused team of entrepreneurial seller growth professionals to create and deliver impactful programs with measurable results Maintain cross-functional alignment, clear communication, and timely execution of programs Explore and identify new innovative ways to leverage this team of experts to positively impact the business Act as spokesperson in our core markets, assisting with advocacy and seller-led initiatives Leverage your network of partners and peers in the company family of brands and beyond to inform our strategy and inspire the team

REQUIREMENTS: 10+ years of leadership experience in digital or ecommerce marketing/growth Marketplace and/or B2B experience a preferred particularly in building supply side including sales operations Ultimate collaborator who enrolls leaders from across the organization to develop and execute new initiatives Data-driven and able to make the investment case for local plans and market expansion Entrepreneurial mindset to test, learn and iterate at a fast pace Conceptual and strategic problem solver with the ability to influence across an organization; Ability to dive into the detail and execute but also easily see the big picture A strong people leader, manager, and developer Possesses proactive and results-oriented mentality, behaving with integrity and speed
