Seeking a motivated individual with exceptional customer service skills to join the Marketing Team as a

Marketing Manager for Loyalty and Payment Services.

Full-time | Direct HireIn this role, you will be responsible for improving and creating marketing strategies for warranty program, payment solutions, and loyalty programs across the company and other affiliated brands.
  • As the

    Marketing Manager for Loyalty and Payment Services, you will be expected to work closely with both internal and external teams to expand existing warranty products, payment solutions, and loyalty programs.
  • You will collaborate with the Marketing team to incorporate these services into promotional materials and use them to differentiate the brand from competitors.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for integrating company's warranty and payment solutions into loyalty program.
  • You will work closely with the Loyalty & Credit Marketing Coordinator to develop and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives for the company's warranty and payment solutions.
  • You must ensure that all branding and regulatory guidelines are followed and upheld across all channels.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing performance results of core programs on a monthly and ad-hoc basis.
Requirements:
  • To be considered for this position, you must have at least

    6-8 years of experience in the digital space.
  • Experience with credit card marketing, loyalty programs, and account management is preferred.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
  • Experience in e-commerce or multi-channel marketing is preferred
  • Experience with JIRA is a plus.
