Description: Serve as the lead point of contact for both the brand team and internal creative team across all projects including with our creative studio in Argentina Intake work requests from brand stakeholders ensuring asks are clear and come with the information necessary to brief the team Assign creative resources for each project and troubleshoot bandwidth conflicts Partner with and work closely with production team Manage workflow priorities for your team, and ensure they are clearly communicated and adhered to Build master timelines for each project considering all phases, contingencies and dependencies Track budget expenses Set review schedules and meeting cadence Input and manage all necessary information in project management software Coordinate file hand-off to third-party vendors Record, interpret and consolidate feedback from cross-functional teams, as needed Conduct project close-outs and assess efficiencies to improve processes Contribute to the overall improvement of creative operationsSkills:Project managementTop Skills Details:Project managementAdditional Skills & Qualifications: 3-5 years of agency experience in a project management or account management capacity Experience managing and interacting with clients Experience managing 360 campaigns – digital, social, environmental, broadcast Experience working with trade or other lower-funnel creative a big plus Experience using project management tools (experience in Workfront is a big plus) Knowledge of digital production Excellent communication skills Adaptable to different working styles Ability to problem solve, motivate others and drive the process Understanding of different file types for a variety of deliverablesExperience Level:Intermediate LevelAbout Aston Carter: Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
