Requirements:

Production application support experience with business users and financial / banking do-main.
Technical knowledge and skills with SQL/PLSQL/Marklogic, Linux and Windows.
Understanding of batch schedulers (e.g. Control M) and reporting engines (QLIK).
Experience with .Net and web based technologies on a support level at least.
Detailed knowledge & working experience of ITIL methodologies.
Working knowledge of monitoring and support tools like GENEOS, Splunk & ServiceNow.
Additional skills which treated as a plus:
Knowledge of trade lifecycle and F2B processes.
Knowledge of financial products e.g. Equity, SWAPS, Futures, Fixed Income, Commodities.
Experience in any Trading management applications like Charles River Investment Management System.
Trade floor users support experience.
