Mechanical Engineer

Mechanical Engineer – Start and grow your career with Actalent! We are looking to hire a full-time Mechanical Engineer . We are hiring for multiple roles, ranging from entry-level to experienced.Job Responsibilities

Design of mechanical systems including: heating, cooling, heat rejection, air and hydronic distribution systems, ventilation, air conditioning, building automation and controls.

Perform system design calculations and analyze mechanical system options with industry standard engineering and energy modeling software.

Knowledgeable with all relative building codes and standards.

Prepare design documents to detail the mechanical systems in basis of design report and specification formats.

Review design deliverable assurance of technical accuracy and presentation quality.

Coordinate work with architect and engineers of other disciplines.

Manage projects for timely technical delivery and day to day liaison with design and client team.

Additional Details

5+ Years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer (5-15 Year range)

Experience with AutoCAD (Revit is a plus) 80% of their projects is within AutoCAD

Project type experience include healthcare, data centers, central plants, municipals, etc.

Familiar with ASHRAE Standards and LEED certified
