Job Title: Medical AssistantJob DescriptionJoin our team as a Medical Assistant and play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient patient flow within our medical offices. Your responsibilities will include monitoring patient arrivals, assisting with patient flow, and providing a warm welcome to patients and visitors. You will escort patients to exam rooms, monitor wait times, assist in preparing for exams, and notify physicians when patients are ready. Your role also involves recording patient's chief complaints, vital signs, performing venipuncture, specimen collection, and documenting results accurately in patient charts. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining clean and orderly examination rooms, stocking supplies, updating patient information in EMR systems, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.Hard Skills
