Initiates and tracks paperwork resulting from consultation/examination. Escorts patient. This role excludes any direct patient care or care delivery activities (including vital signs).Job Responsibility1.Escorts patient to and from examination and/or procedure areas.2.Reviews scheduled appointments to determine needed supplies.3.Obtains and sets-ups supplies and equipment in advance.4.Initiates and tracks related paperwork such as biopsy records, prescription call-ins and renewals, and ordering supplies and equipment.5.Sterilizes all equipment.6.This role excludes any direct patient care or care delivery activities (including vital signs).7.Performs related duties as required.
