Member Solutions Senior Lead

Long Term Consulting Assignment This role will work directly with prospective members in client relations, engineering design development, and project management. Member Solutions Senior Lead will work with members to develop standards specific to them for implementation into a variety of locations. Will collaborate with the internal sales team, specialist technology teams (Building Technology Engineering, Network Engineering, AV and Security), and multiple internal design teams (Architecture, MEP, Interior designers, Construction) and outside consultants (Low Voltage, AORs, EORs) who will be tasked with delivery of new office space for the member. This is a great opportunity for someone who has excellent technical, communication and customer service skills who is looking to excel in a client facing role. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of bringing together SMEs to collaborate and rapidly solve problems. Travel throughout the assigned region is expected.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to): • Serve as a initial point of contact within the Technology Department, focusing on an excellent member experience while being solution oriented • Report to the department Director and work collaboratively with the entire Member Solutions team to assist in identifying best practices and improving process • Oversee a variety of Member Solutions projects in various markets • Review legal contracts and membership agreements as needed for client stipulations • Gain understanding of existing and future infrastructure standards as well as technology product offerings in order to provide the ideal solution for our Members • Identify and deliver additional revenue for through the sale and design of technology services. Provide seamless handover of design to field services to implement. • Conduct requirements gathering sessions with potential new/incoming members to discuss IT, AV, and Security requirements and offer exemplary technology solutions • Support Sales and Real Estate teams in pre-sales client calls and tours • Create sales tools and client facing documentation outlining standard technology offerings • Work with internal Building Technology design and deploy engineers, architects, MEP engineers, designers and BIM specialists as they develop schematic level handover packages to consultant design teams or design/build contractors • Coordinate and collaborate with peers across disciplines to ensure delivery of projects, including schedule, budget, technical and installation oversight • Work internally with Building Technology Engineering team to specify, procure and deliver IT/AV and Security hardware as needed • Build strong relationships with our Members and partner Technology teams by using your specialized capabilities and your ability to influence a positive outcome

Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or Information Technology • 5+ years experience working in a client facing consulting role • Preferential to have experience working with Fortune 500 companies. • Broad knowledge of low voltage infrastructure, systems networking, telecommunications, audio visual design and electronic security. • Understanding of network architecture and information security compliance • Proficiency in reading and interpreting floor plans, technical drawings and specifications • Revit and AutoCAD experience is a plus • Technical sales/solutions architecture experience is a plus • Strong project management skills for team coordination, scheduling, budgeting, and supply-chain management • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and execute in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a strong work ethic and ownership mentality • Familiar with project management software and practices Soft skills candidates should possess: • Passionate about best in class design, construction, and project execution • A team collaborator, clear communicator, prudent risk-assessor, and effective motivator • Habitually thinking outside the box and exploring new ways to execute projects • An individual contributor with a strong attention to detail • Committed to continuous improvement and optimizing productivity
