Sales/Front of House Associate
TITLE Boxing Club is looking for an outgoing, friendly and welcoming person as a Front of House/Membership Sales Associate to work in a challenging, fast-paced, and exciting environment.
The Associate role assists in running all “front of house” fitness club operations,with a strong focus on premium customer service as well as meeting sales expectations. Ideal candidate has strong customer service skills and an advanced sales experience. The Membership Sales Associate is responsible for meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for the club, including membership sales and renewals, retail and personal training sales, maximizing workout traffic, and maintaining premium customer service levels. Most importantly, Membership Sales Associate must build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members to maintain a referral base and retain members.
Essential Functions:
· Deliver the ultimate fitness experience to every member, every time
· Recruit and retain new club members
· Attain membership sales and revenue goals
· Acquire point of sale referrals from every new member
· Meet, greet, and work the floor during select times
Job Responsibilities:
Greets members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create friendly
Positive experience for each person entering TITLE Boxing Club
Accept membership inquiries and schedule appointments daily
Conduct club tours for scheduled appointments and prospects
Accurately follow the daily club cleaning checklist (pre/during/post) club workouts and shifts
Complete all membership paperwork and daily reports in an accurate and timely manner
Generate leads through in-club marketing and businesses within the community
Enter new members in appropriate TITLE sales systems
Track leads, appointments, and prospect interests in appropriate systems
Market club to organizations and corporations
Attend all required meetings and training sessions
Assist the Community Marketing Specialist and GM in creating and executing in club and community events
Participate in continuing education to boost personal performance
Understand and follow employee standards of conduct and ethics
Uphold club building, facilities, service, program, and emergency procedures
Assume other duties as assigned
Day shifts, evening shifts, and weekend shifts as necessary

Required Experience, Education & Certifications:
High school diploma or GED - Required
College Preferred
2-4 years of Sales experience
