As a Project Engineer you will be responsible for Submittals, RFI's, Change Orders

Shop Drawings, Contract Items list

Schedule Update (manual, someone else is doing P6, Bluebeam)

Work with VDC Engineers on Coordination (No BIM experience required, but not bad to have)

Review requisitions

Coordination of MEP Devices with architectural features

Commissioning of our systems

Coordination of ties ins to base building systems

Chair MEP Meetings for Contractors

Attend Owner MEP Meeting

Qualifications:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering

5-7 Years of experience as an MEP Engineer

Good understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing/Fire protection systems

Experience with Procore/Bluebeam CAD
