Mgr/Director of Infrastructure

This is an on-site position -5 days per week in White Plains, NY ((there is public transportation Metro North and Bus Stop is one block away) However, position will involve midtown, NYC once every 2 weeks-MUST BE VACCINATED. Will manage 3-4 people. Client is a Home Health Care Firm. Must have a minimum of 5 yrs related work exp. Exp in Data Center Technology mgmt. Exp in VM/WARE, Active directory, exchange server. Exp in Cisco technologies(blade servers, firewalls and switches) Exp in LAN/WAN full mesh hub spoke, SDWAN and VPN. System design for high availability, disaster recovery and security. Assist service desk by providing level2 and 3 support- Exp with Citrix Work well under pressure- Provide strategic direction and oversight of network, telecommunciations, systems applications and data center services. Work closely withthe CIO and other departmental directors to plan, strategize and ensure key iniatives are developed and completed. Research current and new industry trends, technologies and security practices. Identify opportunities for improvements, expansion and or reduction of services that meet the changing needs of the enterprise. Exp with Cisco UCS and Nexus. Vulnerability mgmt polices and procedures. Exp with microsoft exchange serverTHIS IS A HANDS ON POSITION-
