- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or via email
- Open tickets and follow through to ensure that they are addressed in a timely manner
- Deep technical understanding of Windows 7 and Windows 10 as well as Microsoft Office 2010-2019
- Hands on experience with VMWare virtual machines running in a VDI environment
- Experience deploying desktop PC's using Microsoft's Deployment Toolkit
- Experience troubleshooting HP desktop PC's, Wyse Zero Clients and Apple mobile devices.
- Ability to perform troubleshooting using remote tools such as LANDesk
- Ability to quickly deploy new workstations to end users with unique desktop requirements
- Experience with package deployment tools such as LANDesk and SCCM
- Ability to conduct advanced troubleshooting on a wide variety of hardware and software issues
- Follow-up with end users to ensure satisfaction with issues resolution
- Develop and document procedures for new application installation and configurations
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
- Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of office computing products, ticketing systems and remote control tools
- Extensive experience with enterprise computer systems, mobile devices and other technology products
- Ability to diagnose and resolve advanced technical issues related to desktop PC's and mobile devices.
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
- BS / BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field
- Experience with Application packaging
