- Manage temporary, vendor, and contractor workforce needs across Global Marketing Product Areas, including strategy, execution, and continuous improvement.
- Build consensus and collaborate with xfn partners, key stakeholders, and senior leadership to support the continuous evolution of the program to support business needs.
- Provide data-led insights that support and drive resource allocation and utilization decisions.
- Quickly familiarize yourself with the processes and policies of the Extended Workforce Program.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with teammates, stakeholders, and xfn partners; regularly meet to ensure outcomes are met and communicate program policies and procedures.
- Manage the development of communications for the Extended Workforce Program, including educational materials and change management plans for initiatives, which may include enterprise-wide projects or programs.
- Influencing skills to push things forward and remove roadblocks.
- Architect and design innovative solutions to automate and scale business systems.
- Analyse complex systems, issues, and situations and drive simplicity through clear decisions and communication.
- Proven experience working with multiple data sources and combining relevant information to generate insights from analyses.
- Business operations knowledge of the management process of business operations for a given product, service, or domain. This includes understanding the broader context of generating, securing, and increasing the value of business and revenue outcomes, and knowledge of and experience with driving the efficiency and effectiveness of businesses.
- Experimental design Knowledge of the principles and best practices of designing experiments to address issues or evaluate impact. This includes knowledge of design parameters, sampling strategies, data collection, and analytical techniques. Industry knowledge of the changing landscape of the industry, product areas, other key players, and/or markets including technology trends and issues that affect the operations of one’s business and organization.
- Data analysis and synthesis Ability to analyse information, draw conclusions, generate alternatives and solutions, and evaluate outcomes. This includes the ability to use data to add value to business planning and strategies. Data judgment Ability to convert and/or uncover open-ended real-world problems within the business context into trackable metrics or a structured analytical/statistical framework, as well as the ability to generate business-related insights from data analysis in a way that is meaningful to the stakeholders.
- Statistical analysis Knowledge of advanced statistical methods used to analyse data. This includes the ability to identify and conduct appropriate advanced statistical analysis to evaluate sample adequacy, draw inferences, and solve a variety of data-related problems.
