Operate and monitor chocolate production machinery, including mixers, tempering machines, and molding equipment.
Set up machines according to production specifications and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machines to ensure optimal performance.
Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain high-quality standards.
Record production data and report any discrepancies or issues to the production supervisor.
