- Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Use Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 or higher and write code using MVC Architecture, .Net, JavaScript, Angular 4 or higher, Ajax, HTML, XML, Web APIs and WCF.
- Prepare scripts to create and modify existing Oracle tables, create indexes, constraints, triggers, views, etc., code stored procedures and packages, convert and migrate data when necessary.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot various rules, calculations, and data issues on application reports using Crystal Reports.
- Mentor and assist other programmers, both state and consultant, providing guidance for debugging, troubleshooting, securing and deploying applications, data access, data communications and system architecture configurations.
- Use a source code repository, such as Tortoise SVN or Visual SVN, or TFS for checking source code in and out, and branching off new versions of the source code.
- Diagnose and debug production issues reported via ITSM. Escalate critical calls as necessary and join bridge calls to assist in diagnosis.
- Work within the IT Service Management System to take in incidents and service requests for the application, as well as request services from other ITS groups
- Code applications that access Protected Health Information.
- Document technical solutions and report status of current tasks and outstanding issues to supervisor and management as requested.
- 7+ years of Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio to develop complex n-tier web browser-based applications in ASP.Net and/or C# for n-tier web deployment. Including experience in .Net Core, MVC framework.
- 7+ years of Experience developing and maintaining web applications that utilize HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap and Cascading Style Sheets.
- 7+ years of Experience with Oracle 11G or higher and writing SQL and PL/SQL queries, updates, stored procedures, functions and cursors, and Oracle SQL query optimization.
- 7+ years of Experience creating formal Technical Architecture documentation based on system requirements and interpreting and analyzing complex business requirements and building the logic within an application's code to meet those requirements.
- 4+ years of Experience with development of secure .Net webservices using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), REST Services (Web API).
- 4+ years of Experience developing reports with Crystal Reports version 10 or above and invoking them from .NET applications.
- 4+ years of Experience developing applications with Angular 4 or later versions including experience using the RxjJS library and Ngrx store concepts.
- 3+ years of Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) 2010 or later, for development activities and code repositories
- 2+ years of Experience coding and maintaining applications which contain Health Care data that fall under HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI).
