  • He/She will take part in Requirement Gathering, Planning, Development, Problem Solving, Deploying, and managing onshore/offshore team members.
  • He/She will discuss with Business Analyst regarding requirements, also help offshore team in case they have any queries regarding requirements. Also, provide Project status to Customer and TCS managers.
  • He/She will be involved in helping team with any Technical challenges.
  • Testing, implementation, and deployment of Code.
  • Implement and support security policies, such as data retention
  • Primary On-site support during CST hrs.
  • Help ensure team performance meets or exceeds defined Service Level Agreements
  • Perform migrations and deployments related to the building, upgrade and maintenance of application.
