- 4 years’ Experience general computer repair or troubleshooting
- 2 years of experience in Active Directory configuration, management or troubleshooting
- 3 years of experience troubleshooting or installing Windows Servers and PC’s in LAN configuration with at least 20 networked devices.
- 3 years of experience working within a correctional or other secure facility setting
- 3 years of experience in of experience in a position that required travel at least 20 hours each work week.
