Required skills:

In depth understanding of LAN/WAN/WLAN/BGP/MPLS/OSPF/EIGRP/IPSEC
Work experience on Wireless controller’s / access points troubleshooting (Cisco 9800 WLC,91xx AP’s)
Hands-on experience in network hardware devices Cisco 6509, Nexus 7K 5k, 2k, switches & Cisco ASR routers 1K and 9K
Good Understanding of TCP/IP, Routing protocols, Load balancing concepts
Good Knowledge and hands on experience on F5 LTM/GTM and NetScaler load balancers
Knowledge and experience in VTP, STP,HSRP and other switching technologies
Good Knowledge in Riverbed, Meraki, SD WAN, ACI technologies.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills and the ability to work with multiple geographically dispersed teams
Excellent listening skills & ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English
Flexibility to work in shifts for 24x7 supports
Strong team player with a constructive perspective and commitment to the success of the business
Ability to work on multiple concurrent tasks with conflicting priorities
