Network engineer in NYC not Remote with cloud implementation and storage systems

Description:-Member of the Global Infrastructure team responsible for the performance and availability of the Cloud infrastructure.-Perform and support problem resolution efforts for Cloud performance, access/permissions and other concerns across a multi-vendor, multi-datacenter infrastructure.-Implement and support cloud-based applications and technologies.-Monitor and support virtualization environment.-Collaborate in various Infrastructure projects and cloud service management and governance.-Manage the Global Network Storage environment in a cost-effect manner that can handle both a high volume of data and large volume of users.-Responsible for planning future requirements, trends, and changes to meet existing and future business storage demands.-Responsible for overall Storage Administration, including periodic maintenance, monitoring, and daily support of enterprise storage infrastructure. Requirements:-B.S. in Computer Science or related area of study preferred, or equivalent industry experience.-8+ years of IT Infrastructure experience (including 3 years of Storage).-5+ years of Azure, AWS or Google Cloud experience.-Experience with common Azure services (Virtual Machine, Database, Storage, Virtual Network, Azure Resource Manager, etc).-Experience deploying and supporting Cloud storage technology.-Knowledgeable in networking and security.-Knowledge of storage protocols.-Demonstrated problem-solving skills including identification of issues, obstacles, and implementation of effective solutions.-Ability to multi-task as well as focus on priorities.-Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.-Project Management experience is a plus.
