Network engineer with vmware and citrix for a hedge fund in nyc

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas: Administration of the Windows operating system Patching Window servers through SCCM or WSUS or similar product Windows server deployments Windows automation tools Connecting Windows servers to a SAN VMWare cloning, snapshots Citrix Xen App servers and Xen Desktop Netscalers, VDI, Varonis Microsoft Exchange and exchange management shell Palo Alto Deploying vendor products, work with support, co-ordinate with users General scripting, ftp, windows schedule jobs Monitoring application, appliances like Netbotz General Working knowledge of backup clients Working knowledge of server hardware (HP and CISCO) Hands-on experience in a Data Center environment Strong exposure in networking is required (Firewalls, Cisco routers/switches, network protocols, The position will be located in our headquarters in midtown Manhattan.Qualifications Minimum of 5-7+ years of experience in the Windows operating systems 3-5 years in Financials or Hedge funds BA/BS degree required.
