Network Security Engineer / Project Manager

Onsite – Brooklyn, NY

1 year engagement CDW has an excellent long-term opportunity for a seasoned Network / Security Engineer who is interested in leading security focused projects. Come join our team and use your technical expertise to lead security and infrastructure initiatives.In this role, you will lead technology initiatives focused on Infrastructure and Security initiatives.

Required expertise includes:

5+ years of engineering experience in networking and security
Hands on engineering experience with experience leading projects / initiatives and desire to use this expertise to lead projects.
Technical background in systems administration or cyber security with strong knowledge of various security applications (client, server, email, firewalls, antivirus, etc.)
Understand of governing bodies such as HIPAA, NIST, etc.
BS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
