Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Network Technician position! This is a 2-3 month contract position on-site in Buffalo, New York. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. What You'll Be Doing: •Lead project to replace 225+ Cisco switches•Assist in network design, implementation, and maintenance•Provide network support across organizational operating systems•Prepare, implement, and monitor disaster procedures and recovery•Maintain network servers and associated hardware, software, services, and settings•Consistently monitor and troubleshoot network stability and performance•Create, adjust, and maintain network user settings and permissions•Write technical support documentation for network systems and applications What You'll Need to Have: •Comprehensive knowledge of networking concepts and computing infrastructures•Proven network engineering, operations, and performance analysis skills•Experience with leading server management and monitoring tools•Strong communication and education skills for training and assisting usersQuestions about any of our jobs?
