New York's #1 Day Spa is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist - Imm Hire

If you're strong in GUEST EXPERIENCE and have a confident personality with a gift for HOSPITALITY we are very keen to hear from you. You must also be comfortable SELLING spa memberships and packages.

We are the most highly rated day spa in New york City and are looking for two exceptional front desk receptionists with guest and sales experience.

We are seeking someone who can "exceed expectations", "create an emotional connection" with the guest, and "deliver a WOW guest experience."

We are looking for a front desk receptionist from whom this is not a job or career, but a CALLING. A calling to be of service to others. To create an incredible guest experience. Someone who a giver more than a taker.

You must also be a CONFIDENT person with the ability to sell memberships and spa packages when guests check out.

You will be expected to create an amazing experience for our guests as you will be the first point of contact. First impressions are lasting and reflect the entire spa. Therefore, you are expected to be HAPPY, ENTHUSIASTIC, ENGAGING person who has an amazing and welcoming SMILE.

Ability to sell is a must.

Job Description:

Have a deep desire to serve others and bring joy and happiness to their day

Handle guests concerns with class and humility

Ensure front desk is neat and orderly at all times

Confident in selling memberships and spa packages.

Must be reliable and punctual

This is a FULL TIME front desk receptionist position.

Hourly Rate: $22 Per Hour. Also, commissions on selling spa memberships and packages.

PLUS discounts on services.
