Job Description: Network Operation center (NOC) & Data Center EngineerOnsite Day 1 No OTClient LaptopBGV must be fully clearedNo vaccination requiredNighttime Hours 7PM-7AM6 month contract - then to hire FTE 3 Must Haves for this role:1. Monitoring tools Nagios, Grafana, Splunk, RightITNow2. Handling Priority Bridge calls and triage with multiple teams3. Command Center / Network Operation center(NOC) skill set.Required/ Preferred Skills:• Experience with monitoring, identification, and escalation of issues from Monitoring tools like Nagios, Grafana and other tools• Experience in Application specific Monitoring tools• Experience in handling bridge calls and high priority incident management• Hands and feet support in the Data Center to perform basic troubleshooting• Knowledge of basic commands and experience working with Linux and Windows machines• Knowledge and experience in Basic Autosys functions• Perform first level AS400 monitoring and experience in performing backup activities.• Experience in working with ITSM tools and working knowledge on ITIL framework• Good written and verbal communication skills• Be self-starters and actively pursue the best outcome by following up in a timely manner• Ability to follow processes set in place for the team and execute the same with perfection.• Be an effective team player and be able to work closely with team members from various locations• Provide 247 supportYears of Experience: 2-3 Years of experience.
