We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Agent to facilitate the buying and selling of properties. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for real estate.

Duties:

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.

- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.

- Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.

- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.

- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value.

Experience:

We are willing to bring on some new agents but prefer agents with experience.

Skills:

- Multilingual or Bilingual capabilities are a plus.

- Proficiency in negotiating deals.

- Knowledge of real estate administrative processes.

- Understanding of market trends and ability to analyze data.

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
