Title: Office Admin Duration: 3 Months + extendable contract Location: NYC Terms: 5 days Onsite Job Description:• Ensure basic office infrastructure is up and running at all times: internet, printers, water supply, coffee machine, etc.• Manage and maintain basic office stationery & supplies such as toner/ink, printing paper, coffee supplies (pods, milk, sugar), etc.• Manage stock of laptops, phones, and other electronic devices.• Answering the phone and routing messages as required; and/or follow-up on any action items.• Ensure office cleanliness by supervising building staff and guiding employees to maintain required standards.• Manage inbound and outbound shipping / logistics.• Help manage logistics for events such as client / partner visits, senior management visits, townhalls, lunch & learn events, workshops, and more. This include receiving the guests, ordering food, setting up the space (conference rooms, etc.)• Assist the sales team and senior delivery personnel with their travel arrangements (domestic ticket bookings, hotel bookings, etc.)• Help with document/proposal printing, binding, packaging, and shipping.• Help with logistics for conferences & events - shipping, setup (for local events), receiving, etc.• Follow-up with vendors and clients for payments.• Help the sales team and senior delivery personal with their expense reports.• Help with scheduling meetings (inside or outside the office) for senior colleagues
