Full/part time 20-30 hours per week. Local home improvement company looking for the right motivated individual to assist/run a small office. Must be highly organized, very professional, detail orientated and have ability to work well with customers and can type contracts and estimates. Duties include the following:

Answer phones, set appointments, book keeping/ filling, processing credit cards, prepare estimates and contracts, accounts payable/ receivable, banking and mailing, light cleaning, emails. Pay depending on experience. Can start immediately. Please call 315-699-8085 for an interview.
