Position Overview:
As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our conservatory and ensuring smooth coordination between departments.
Key responsibilities:
Managing daily administrative duties and assisting with academic and artistic programs;
Handling documentation, contracts, and scheduling to maintain an efficient office environment;
Supporting marketing and admissions efforts, including event coordination and execution;
Welcoming guests and managing communication on behalf of the institution;
Assisting with international collaborations, festivals, and artist exchange projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Administration, Marketing, or Arts Management;
Excellent command of English and Mandarin;
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills;
Proficiency in office software and attention to detail;
A passion for arts education and global cultural exchange.
