Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Office Coordinator in Rochester, New York. The role primarily involves administrative support within the mortgage industry. The selected candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including coordinating meetings, managing reports, and handling special projects.Responsibilities Lead the process of generating reports. Manage the ordering and maintaining of office supplies. Arrange and coordinate meetings as required. Handle correspondence efficiently. Take on special projects as assigned. Maintain the office's organized and efficient workflow. Assist in the resolution of customer inquiries. Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions. Ensure customer credit applications are processed accurately. Maintain accurate records of customer credit. Requirements Candidate should possess a minimum of two years of experience in administrative assistance within the mortgage industry. Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary. Should have the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Experience in handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion is desired. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential. Must demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure. Experience in managing office inventory and supplies is preferred. Should have a customer-focused mindset and excellent interpersonal skills. Knowledge of office procedures and systems, such as filing and record keeping is required. Familiarity with mortgage industry terminology and procedures is a plus.
