2+ years experience in construction estimating, project coordination, or office management within the construction/renovation industry.
Experience working on NYC residential and commercial projects, including interaction with architects/designers.
Familiarity with take-offs, material pricing, and subcontractor bid analysis.
Experience managing administrative tasks in a busy office environment.
Bilingual English/Russian or Ukrainian preferred.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, filing, and communication with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and proposals for residential and commercial renovation projects.
Coordinate with project managers, field teams, and architects/designers to gather project information and ensure accurate pricing.
Track project progress, materials, and subcontractor invoices to keep budgets on target.
Maintain and update project files, permits, and documentation.
Assist management with sourcing new leads and maintaining client relationships.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an office manager, estimator, or in a similar construction/renovation role.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and NYC permit processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Bilingual English/Russian or Ukrainian preferred.
