We are seeking skilled and passionate Omakase/Sushi Chefs to join our team. Ideal candidates will bring a strong work ethic, a commitment to quality, and a desire to grow within a dynamic hospitality environment.

Compensation: $1,000+ per week, depending on experience

This position includes a $750 sign-on bonus (paid after 60 days).

Responsibilities:

Manage inventory levels for a wide range of raw fish and other ingredients

Prepare all types of sushi, including nigiri, sashimi, and hand rolls

Maintain attention to detail throughout the food preparation process, ensuring strict quality control

Comply with nutrition, sanitation, and safety regulations at all times

Foster a climate of cooperation and respect among team members

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a sushi chef in fine dining or high-paced restaurant environments

Ability to accommodate and execute special requests from guests with professionalism

Proven expertise in managing an organized and efficient sushi workspace

Strong ability to delegate tasks and monitor progress effectively

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Engaging and personable, with the ability to create a fun, positive experience for guests

Knowledgeable and current with modern culinary trends and traditional sushi preparation techniques
