Job Description:
  • 72 months experience as lead development in developing web-based systems using Microsoft ASP.Net Web Forms and C#, Angular, Node, bootstrap framework, development workflow process using Microsoft ASP.Net (or ASP.Net Core) MVC and design patterns such as MVP, MVVM, Web using MVC core and WEB API.
  • 72 months experience in developing SOAP or RESTFUL web service or backend APIs for the Web Systems to integrate and demonstrate technical leadership ability in AngularJS, HTML5, CSS3, and communication with RESTful web services from JavaScript.
  • 72 months experience in Microsoft/Oracle technologies of a variety of computer languages, create navigation structures and information designs; construct prototypes, storyboards, and mockups to effectively communicate design to business analysts & enterprise architecture team to include developing a graphic design that effectively communicates the ideas being promoted by the requirements.
  • 72 months experience in .NET programming, design patterns, development and implementation of .NET-C#, .NET Core 3.0 Framework, Entity Framework, microservices, LINQ, Angular (v4 to v11), REST web service, SOAP web service, Visual Studio, IIS, TFS, Postman, XUnit, Swagger
  • 60 months of experience working in architecture, engineering, design and development services using MongoDB that support all popular programming languages include C, C, C#, Node.js, Perl, PHP, Python to support modern mobile and web applications with a document-oriented and semi structured database framework.
  • 60 months experience to perform gap analysis, design solutions to support growing business needs, help build and maintain design system /pattern library.
  • 72 months experience in developing and supporting JavaScript AJAX and C-Sharp Dot Net applications including jQuery including and DOM manipulation
  • 72 months experience work with .NET C#/SQLServer/Oracle/jQuery/HTML5/JavaScript/Angular/Boostrap/CSS/C, C, Java, PHP, Python, Ruby, Scala)
  • 60 months experience with Git, well as build systems, write and use automated tests, advance experience with AngularJS
  • 72 months experience in database development creating tables, views, complex queries, triggers, procedures and packages and performance tuning in an Oracle database, MSSQL database, Mongo NoSQL Database.

Detailed Job Description: This resource will provide technical lead in the development team to develop, implement, manage, maintain and support the current production system, in addition, this resource is also responsible to lead the effort to expand the project, enhance the product features, analyze, design and configure the changes needed to the system to incorporate with the OPEN FOIL project team from the additional features to support OPEN FOIL facilitate agency onboarding to the application (which involves a multi-step/multi-week process. This resource will also take the lead to prepare technical detail designed documentation, provide Knowledge Transfer to the State ITS project team.
