Job Description:
  • 84 months experience developing & deploying n-tier asp.Net Web apps using vb.net web services.
  • 84 months experience coding with C#
  • 36 months experience developing applications utilizing ASP .Net MVC.
  • 72 months development experience using Oracle and PL/SQL Packages, with experience in SQL programming.
  • 36 months creating n-tiered applications utilizing Microsoft’s Entity Framework.
  • 36 months creating n-tiered applications with Javascript, jQuery, AngularJS, Wijmo
  • 12 months experience using Responsive Web Design such as Bootstrap.
  • 24 months experience developing projects related to social services (for example, Food Stamps, Medicaid, HEAP, TANF) or accounting.
  • Bachelors’ Degree

Project: Contract Administration and Tracking System (CATS2)

Detailed Job Description: The consultant hired from this procurement will perform architect and development of a replacement .Net application for the outdated CATS application. Primary responsibility will be development of CATS2 application using our defined technology stack. The consultant will also provide new development on other projects as necessary including (Welfare to Work Case Management System) WTWCMS Silver light replacement.
