Job Description:
  • 84 months of experience with coding client-server relational database applications using Powerbuilder.
  • 84 months of experience with Oracle and PL/SQL. Experience should include creating tables, stored procedures, triggers, views, and other objects.
  • 48 months experience with writing complex SQL queries and reports; experience with data manipulation, data migration, creation of ETL scripts.
  • 24 months experience in implementation of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
  • 24 months experience with other application development environments, such as Python or JavaScript.

Detailed Job Description: Wadsworth Center’s CLIMS application is an internally facing and hosted application written in PowerBuilder with an Oracle back-end. This application is the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) supporting the Public Health labs residing in Wadsworth Center. The selected candidate will assist with the ongoing maintenance and support of new laboratory testing and workflows.
